Can someone please advise me what I need to do to fix this? I've been locked out on my iPad and my phone, and trying to refresh on my laptop just gets me that message.

I have the same problem, and unable to resolve it. Yet, I was able to sign in here to reply. Getting really tired of all this jumping through hoops to get anything done! I get that they are making it more secure, but you'd think a company like Microsoft could get their act together.
